"Everything. I love to work. I liked being challenged and every day with 190 employees is a challenge. The program operated smoothly but getting it there took a couple of years."

"The pay was not appropriate for the work I did, but I was compensated by the results of the organization. If you live in a small town the opportunities are limited."

"Dennie Smith was a veteran leader and he taught me a lot about leadership and politics. No suggestions. I grew in this position to the fullest of my potential."

"I had just graduated from TAMU, so it was nearby, and I'd been working there as a student, so I was familiar with the environment."

"Lots of meetings of the cultural sensitivity sort. And I mean LOTS of them. Also, complex office politics."

"I like working at Texas A&M University because there is no limit for a student here to learn. There are a lot of open sources here that one can easily broaden his/her horizons and develop a scientific knowledge."

"It is very nice to be here but the financial issues need to be taken care of."

"It's a government job and a job in academia. If you like what that means you'll like it but it's not the place if you want to be on the medium or fast tracks."

"This was one of the worst places I have ever worked. It was a hostile work environment. The managers are incompetent cronies. Apparently the place is a welfare agency for Aggies, since they are otherwise unemployable. I cannot believe the Texas legislature allows the in your face corruption in this place to go on decade after decade. Is no one watching Apparently not."
