"Everything. I love to work. I liked being challenged and every day with 190 employees is a challenge. The program operated smoothly but getting it there took a couple of years."

"The pay was not appropriate for the work I did, but I was compensated by the results of the organization. If you live in a small town the opportunities are limited."

"Dennie Smith was a veteran leader and he taught me a lot about leadership and politics. No suggestions. I grew in this position to the fullest of my potential."
