"I love being a test engineer."
"I love to apply my knowledge, and improve a product."
"Very straightforward job. Get to see new product and software. Very interesting job."
"I love facing a new challenge every day."
"I love testing software. For me, finding the cause of a bug that has eluded the test team for days is exciting. Thinking of an obscure edge case that leads to a new, nasty defect is my thrill. I'd say that building a relationship with developers unused to having a tester around is a bit tough, and it can get frustrating if they forget to communicate with you, but having a developer who understands that when you pick apart his/her code, it's nothing personal is a great thing."
"I like developer position, I did manual testing so I did not feel like learning much in project."
"I love the challenge of creating useful test cases and maintaining the Scrum Board. I loved the interaction with the team and working together toward a common goal. It was gratifying to take our product to the customer and see satisfaction with our work. I also enjoyed the training and demonstrations I would often offer. It is probably the best job to see a product go from inception to completion. I can't say I hated anything about the job."
"The challenge of finding solutions to challenging situations."
"I love test engineer because I can be a main actor when I am testing the product, no matter how good the product is, I have right to modify it. What I hate, when bugs happened, I have to try again and again to convince my supervisor why and how it goes wrong."
"I love that I can make a device ready for the user. As an android user myself, I totally understand what the user wants, so it is like I am making the device for myself. Also, probably the best thing is to always work on the latest software builds and be exposed to the latest android features and see what the future products will be like before anybody else. The downside to it is the frustration of repeating some tests and the issues that cannot be fixed at the right time."
"I am not a fan of bad or no documentation. I also love learning automation in Python."
"I like being a test engineer because I apply all my knowledge and improve current products and modify new products, also find a way easy to write test procedures so even a new worker can do the job. Research and development. Sometimes bother me when I try to improve a product or giving some ideas to do a new product but nobody listens. They are only interested in selling, not in innovation."
"Being in two roles at the same time was challenging and a little hectic at times. But it was great to work together as a team and share ideas and put forward the best workaround option."
