"Constant misdirection from upper management was unfortunate."

"Keep things consistent for the sake of your Terminix employees."

"It is not just Terminix...all of the pest control companies are less the desirable on there treatment of employees."

What don't you like about working at Terminix?

"Bosses were very stupid and would follow the company line no matter what it was. Mid level management were as arrogant as you can get. They took the most successful commission sales person and cut his commission because he made more than they did. He quit and started his own Pest Control company, and he is now very successful!"

"Fire all of the managers, they bring down the company."

"I like that I met some good people."

"There's no room for growth at Terminix."

"Think outside the box to keep your company strong and continuously growing."

"I enjoy working with the customers and fellow employees."

"Don't believe everything they tell you or promise you. The rules are always changing."

What don't you like about working at Terminix?

"How the company treats there employees. It used to be a close knit group of people at our branch, but over the years upper management has forced the branch managers to be less helpful, less friendly and forced them to treat employees less respect. They seem to go out of there way to prevent you from succeeding. Upper management tries to set rules from afar (MICRO MANAGING) that hamper our productivity by keeping us in the office instead of in the field."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You should take care of the veterans better. You bring people in off the street with no experience or loyalty to the company and pay them more than employees that have been there and who been loyal for years. I have never been in favor of unions, but if someone had a vote for one today, I would vote for it."

"More focus on doing business with integrity and passion. Do not manage through intimidation."

"You have lots of opportunity for advancement if you can make a lot of sales."

"Be prepared to work a lot of hours and learn business You'll also have to put up with a lot of angry customers and losing lots of business because of poor service."

"Management is very, very poor. Terminix goes through a lot of manager, and you have to use your own car and gas."

"Management likes to pass the buck...put blaim on others...don't care about customers...only bottom line is money."

"Optimize schedules, appointments, and routes for inspectors and technicians so it as easy as can be."
