"As a controls engineer you are solely responsible for the entire plant. Being a just in time (JIT) facility it is expected that you work in an on call setting. Which means frequent calls in the middle of the night."
"Good place to work, lots of overtime."
"This company is a joke when it comes to advanced technology related work. If you like doing mundane engineering work, this is the place for you. Location is terrible, far from auto belt. Upper management is clueless in making this company a technological company. Middle management is incompetent too. Will not reward employees who actually do quality work. Half of the employees are only good at talking about work but not actually doing it. Stupid, loud water cooler conversation about some work related topic which doesn't even matter. Don't fall for any promises or illusions of quality work being available if you decide to interview for this company."
"Decisions are made top-down. We are not encouraged to learn and improve, but to follow orders. The company treats blue collars like second class employees and that is a huge dis-motivation for them. For white collars, it is better to play politics than to deliver results."
"This place is a HELLHOLE, if you get offered a job here RUN, it will be the last your family sees of you until you are dead or permanently injured (like me), there is no support if you are injured, they will pay for surgery then force you out, prison would be preferable to a job here."
"Excellent place to work and great team."
"management does not listen to FLOOR PEOPLE.."
