"It's okay, but not where I'd want to build a career."
What do you like about working at DialAmerica?
"It felt good whenever I was able to help a customer and have them leave happier than when they first called in. I had nice co-workers and my supervisors were all very approachable."
What don't you like about working at DialAmerica?
"It was very boring whenever call volume dropped and there are always those days when you get unreasonable customers who simply want to yell at someone rather than allow you to address the issue as best you can. I estimate 90% of the reps were forced to work part-time and there were very few benefits."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Let the reps work full-time and provide better benefits. Gifts and swag are nice, but I'd rather have the option to invest in some decent health insurance."
