"I've worked for Telenetwork for a few months now, and I must say the co-worker relations are the only good part about this job. They pay you minimum wage and commission to take calls from angry customers who you then need to sell to in order to make any sort of living. After so many months, the job becomes very depressing and you will not want to sit down to do the job anymore, because you know the inevitable angry cursing customer will come along, and there goes your happiness out the window."

"Telenetwork is one of those companies it's easy to get stuck at and that's not particularly a bad thing. Telenetwork is great when you are just getting into tech support or into Austin, you feel like you're part of a company the teams work together easily enough. The primary problem though, it's an outsource company which means you don't gain clout with any of the corps that they work for and your advancement options are limited. The pay overall is subpar for the work that you are doing."

"I have worked for teleNetwork since the beginning of 2013. The job was really nice when I started out because it was something new, I have never worked from home before, so I loved it then. But as things progressed and I started learning how things worked, I found that it was very hard to climb the latter in this company. The company never has any good promotions, and for all the stuff you have to go through for the customers, it seems the job is not worth it. The pay is way too low."

"I was able to learn. We had good training. Help was available. Encouragement for good was given. Good attendance and good work were rewarded."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"This is a good company to work for. I don't remember exactly what health benefits are provided, but I know they have some so that's always good. It is a fast paced environment with hundreds of incoming calls."

What don't you like about working at teleNetwork?

"Micromanagement and lack of communication with lead and / or supervisor."

"Keep up the good work. Communicate more often with your employees."
