"The company's leadership was crippled and the company cares nothing about their employees. Compensation is below sub-par and the upper leadership has zero relationship with or understanding of the staff. They are considered peasants in his castle."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Golden rule. Treat your staff with some dignity, try less condescension, and understand the only reason you have that million dollar home is because the peasants as you call them break their backs daily for your wallet. Improve the compensation packages. $10 an hour for this job is absurd. Same role, different companies, $19 an hour."
