"Golden rule. Treat your staff with some dignity, try less condescension, and understand the only reason you have that million dollar home is because the peasants as you call them break their backs daily for your wallet. Improve the compensation packages. $10 an hour for this job is absurd. Same role, different companies, $19 an hour."
