"Worked for DALSA (now Teledyne-DALSA) for nearly 15 years. Overall, this is a very good company, with good attitude to all employees. Fair compensation. Excellent working conditions. Interesting work to do if you're a design-oriented guy. However if you're seeking for you own professional growth you'd rather move "horizontally" rather than "vertically", at least in the current market situation."
