"I loved my actual job, I loved my team, and the IT department in general was spectacular. The office atmosphere was pleasent enough, and the telecommuting experience was equally so."

"Be as assertive as possible. Be confident and make eye contact. Make sure to be able to back up what is on your resume."
What don't you like about working at Windsor Health Group?
"The upper management is detatched from the every day workings of the company, they give very little in the way of incentive, paying sometimes in upwards of $20,000 less than industry standards."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Middle management and even the lower levels of upper management genuinely care about their employees, higher than that, specifically C titled individuales seem to forget rather frequently whose work pays their salary."
