"I believe that there is a limiting growth opportunity if you do not fit the mold of what they want in a recruiter. Everyone seems to dress, look, and act the same. For a first job out of college, I can see how this is a decent job, but for others who have experience, the inconsistencies and unprofessional manner can be alarming. The training can also be improved as each recruiter is assigned to an account manager when they are new hires. With that said, some account managers do not provide the correct training tools, which leave some recruiters to learn on their own and not create the same growth opportunities equally."
