"Financially stable company, family owned and if you have the right position it's great. Some wonderful people across all divisions at the second-tier senior commercial and operations levels and at the mid level management to admin levels as well. Good company, quirky owners."

"In order to be promoted you must be an insider and be chosen by the owners as such. Commercial success is not a reason for promotion. Competing points of view at the top about the company and how to run it, and this prevents modernisation of the company."
