"I took this job because I needed work. I have held it for almost 6 years and have been able to do the job sufficiently. I would have enjoyed this job better had I been more mechanical. My advice would be to be certain that mechanical tasks are what you desire to do."

"Paul has learned a tremendous amount about supervising sense I have been there. The only recomendation I could make would be to continue on the path he is currently on."
