"I took this job because I needed work. I have held it for almost 6 years and have been able to do the job sufficiently. I would have enjoyed this job better had I been more mechanical. My advice would be to be certain that mechanical tasks are what you desire to do."
What don't you like about working at Tegrant?
"This job is mechanical in nature. While I posess the ability to complete mechanical tasks I prefer the business aspect."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Paul has learned a tremendous amount about supervising sense I have been there. The only recomendation I could make would be to continue on the path he is currently on."
