"I love the freedom it allows me to test new ideas and concepts on how the system can be ran. The workers there are often fairly resilient though and the shipping and maintenance departments often find a large bridge seperating the two.The cold is harsh, the warmest typical area is 28 deg with the freezers being -10 deg and the VRT -40 deg, so be prepared for your fingers to hurt."

You'll love the shows you look forward to (most of the time), and you will sometimes be pleasantly surprised.
