"There is a 2 week training session when you start. The training I received was a joke. It was 2 weeks of looking at a wikI writeup that was still in progress. Then I took to the phone. I was handed the phone and someone shadowed me for 3 days. The problem is that there was only 20 pages on the wikI and only about half of it helped. There was not an in depth description of how to do most things. Job description did not match what I do now either. The promotion scale looks more like a buddy system."
