"One of the more rewarding parts about being a Technician is the ability to learn new tasks when it comes to new technology. It is always interesting to find out what systems are going to be put in place and how to probably customize it to a users needs. However what is problematic and oftentimes frustrating is the fact of having to constantly explain over and over again that their are issues beyond our control that can prevent the necessary process from happening."
