"It hasn't keep up with competitors who have developed new infrastructure and new products."

"I really liked working for the organization. When we received notification the MississippI office was closing, it really hit home. I would love to work for them again."

"Just to continue down the path the company was heading. Always be fair to your associates and they will respond to you fairly."

"I spend only 6 months at CompUSA Tech support, before moving onto Kewill, where I spent 5 years."
What do you like about working at CompUSA?
"Great colleagues, and managers. Dealing with customers on a daily basis. Fixing customer issues, which gives me a great sense of accomplishment."
What don't you like about working at CompUSA?
"Job Advancement was not an option, that is when I got offered the job at Kewill, where I spent over 5 years."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"CompUSA closed down the call center several years ago, but as far as suggestions I would give, is give less skilled people more and better training."

"I worked graveyard and had a sales quota hard to make ( Callers at night are e,ployees to the financial decision makers. Hard to get sales out of these calls)"
