"This company has intense group interviewing. Be prepared to address rapid fire diverse audiences, and speak simply but eloquently about the topics raised."

"This company is run as a very tight ship, weekly, and sub weekly meetings. It is similar to European or Asian companies (group consensus). It should be tempered with USA knowledge of running a business and try to account for a stable workforce that can expand when needed, rather than rash hire / fire mentality that is in place now."

"Decrease the actual number of upper management personnel instead of just moving the majority of them from one department to another."
