What do you like about working at 24 Hour Fitness?
"I liked the good people at the clubs."
What don't you like about working at 24 Hour Fitness?
"I didn't like being overworked, underpaid, and having no job security. They eliminated my job and gave me an hour to clear out my phone and laptop. I received a bad severance package."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat your people well and you will get good results. Don't eliminate good employees who have done a lot for your company. Good luck."

"It was great until Sega aquired it then it went to hell. Sega is not a employer I would ever work for again. They do not in any way care about their employees."

"Omya is an excellent company, but with the economy and the corporate decision to decentralize all of the support groups at the largest plants in the world and fold them into manufacturing areas, opportunities for advancement have been reduced signficantly worldwide."
What do you like about working at Omya?
"A 125 year old, family-owned company, that had a reputation for treating its employees excellent."

"It's a very family-oriented company with a lot of community involvement."
What don't you like about working at Omya?
"I was laid off due to corporate decentralization of the support organizations at the plant, which impacted my department. That, coupled with the economic slowdown worldwide for the company's products, caused a worldwide hiring freeze and prevented me from moving to another position within Omya. Hence, I was laid off."

"It used to be challenging, with plenty of growth going on."

"I hope you like airports, hotels and upper management who are lukewarm at best in understanding the automotive business. Get used to customer dissatisfaction and playing catch-up after new technologies launch."
What don't you like about working at Honeywell?
"I dislike the horrible work-life balance. It is too spread out and too much travel. The latest management moved to Europe and is in the process of ruining what so many people have worked their blood, sweat, and tears to build. In general, the management consistently bit off more than they were staffed to handle and were always caught playing catch-up. They don't understand the business at the highest levels, which exposes them in the long-term."

"Keep your eye on the longer term and stop hacking away solid talent that takes so much effort to replace."
