"Owned by capital mgmt company, short term thinking, limited interest in meeting legal and ethical obligations, enormous amount of turnover, typical plant level systems don't exist or don't work"

"Be arrogant. Seemed to impress the management."

"A lot of discrimination and hanky panky Old fashioned in management ideas, No honesty in communicating with lower level employees."

"Get some training. Don't just decide on people based on internal buddy system. Foreign managers consider people other than just those from same country."

"Advancement is nearly impossible after a certain point."

"I would suggest that they keep their priorities straight. Priorities seem to change on a quarterly basis and can be very disorienting."

"A culture of corruption, personal favors, incompetence and whatever is good in saying yes sir or madam instead of making sure whatever is good for the company comes first."

"Do not take the job unless you have a long term contract. You may find yourself out of work sooner than later."
What don't you like about working at AkzoNobel?
"Non I thought they needed me for my experience my innovation and management experience and style. it appeared to me in a very short time that all the above comes Last to blessing the culture of corruption and yes Sir mentality"

"When you hire People to do the job, allow them to create and change status, specially when they relay care about there work and productivity, stop the common practice of scaring the fresh idea to solve chronic problem because it is not to introduce something deferent than what the long lasting senior managers thinking."

"The company as I knew it does not exist any more. Sprint purchased a consulting company and then shut it down 2 years later."
What do you like about working at Sprint?
"When I was part of it, it was a challenging job with good potential to be successful. The consultants I was associated with were some of the best at their specialties in the country."
What don't you like about working at Sprint?
"The most senior executives of the mother ship, Sprint, were not honest with the employees from the original consulting company and then closed several offices after telling them they weren't going to. Keep in mind, this is not the same company as when I was there."

"The technology that we get to work with daily."

"Be honest, work hard, and be willing to work collectively with others."
