"Pay and benefits were not good which resulted in having to work a 2nd job to make ends meet."

"Oracle comes out as too much of a business like company. It is good to have that image, but at times it makes people and customers not open up."

"The associates were great considering the upper managment."

"I was constantly under scrutiny (being written up) for submitting employee reviews on time and not late. Upper management and HR refused to schedule a formal review for me the entire time I was employed there."

"Treat all employees fairly."

"The bad economy was the cause of some of the low scores"
What do you like about working at Sega?
"I was left alone to do my job, and that was what maid the job great. I was never asked to do a job that would be considered a waist of our time."
What don't you like about working at Sega?
"Keep in mind that this is my opinion not fact, but the company went threw alot of upper management, that was not qualified to operate a facility such as this."

"Listen to what the customers are telling you. I believe the customers are correct in there complaints"

"It had a large IT Enterprise."

"No, ownership changed hands since I was employed there."

"Management and employees were anal retentive at best and socially challenged at worst. They refused to innovate or lead innovation."

"They have already been replaced by BONY."

"They would constantly change policy on a week to week basis, forgetting about the policy they had put in effect the week before"

"Stop doing Power Grabs and promote those who know how to run the facility (Keith Byrd-Baldwin was a great example)"
