  "During my time at Threatmetrix so far, the first quality that stood out to me about the workplace was the professional nature of the employees present, and their willingness to share all their knowledge with anyone who is willing to learn. This made the transition much easier than it would have normally been, as it was a very hands on learning experience. Secondly, the tools and software available to the company are very intuitive, and encourage exploration and experimentation to learn and pass on that knowledge to customers and employees alike. Finally, the employees and indeed the managers are always very open to changing the system of introducing new hires constantly, as they want as much feedback about not just the ramp up period but also afterwards, and are open to any and all feedback from any employee."
