"Be quiet and do you job to the best of your ability."

"Pretty chaotic, ridiculous deadlines, too many meetings most of which were to solve problems."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Very often Reebok operated in crisis mode. I think more planning time is needed."

"Work very hard and you will be rewarded for it"

"The tools are the only concern. I feel like investing more time in the tools would be helpful."

"Invest in better user experience for content creators, but this may not be feasible right now."

"Seeing how planes are built and designed and where they're trying to go with everything."

"Be prepared to learn and relearn everything in very different ways."

"There's a lot of close minded people here, the old guard doesn't want to leave or pass on knowledge."

"Try and restructure the company to truly be one unit rather than seem like a lot of smaller ones."

"I liked the freedom to work independently and creatively too, while adding my ideas and input."

"Ask more questions about job stability and outside opportunities after the contract is over."

What don't you like about working at Sears?

"It was temporary contract freelance work at Sears, which lasts 3 months per contract."

"Help with leads for more employment after the contract expires."
