"Nothing that I can think of. I'm still new to the job."

"Make more time to really listen to the new ideas people bring to the table."

"Yes whatever you want to do with the school district make sure it is something that you would enjoy doing"

"I did not like always like having to work with Special needs it is hard to see those children and the lives they have to live everyday"

"I think that children of special needs would make greater success being in a situation where they are not subject to live up to same standards as all other regular ed students"

"The hours were great and worked well with my children's school schedules."

"Be prepared for a layoff at any time, at least until the economy improves."

"I feel there are too many people who put their own interests ahead of their job duties and students."

"I would make all employees more accountable for the results of their actions. Seniority doesn't seem fair or justified in all instances."

"I would help students who had difficulty in their college classes."
What do you like about working at Stockton College?
"Being able to help the student understand their coursework after they have been having difficulty understanding their professors."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just make sure that you are a people person and can talk people who have difficulty understanding the courses through a slow problem. You may have to repeat things over and over and do things you find incredibly easy, but it's best if you find it rewarding to help others."
What don't you like about working at Stockton College?
"The fact that we were working very hard to help a lot of students understand the courses they were paying thousands of dollars to learn, but we only got paid minimum wage."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have a number for when the students sign in. This is because I had seen instances where students had been sitting waiting for a very long time without any one coming over to help them. Then the next person who walked in got helped almost immediately."

"I like working for the company because it is rewarding to be able to work with children and be a role model for them to look up to you."

"I would just say be yourself. Have confidence in yourself. Show that you can do your best."

"I don't like the certain amount of hours that you can only work as a substitute teacher's aide."

"I hope they would increase more hours. I would like to see more substitute teacher's aides."

"One issue with the job is constant cuts to the school districts budgets and decreased spending for the students."

"Instead of cutting more jobs, the district should focus on financial reductions across all employees."
