"You can't find a more well-regarded company that actually deserves the hype it gets. You'll work on cutting edge projects / solve important issues that impact your community and the world You'll meet interesting people who are your colleagues, managers, and senior management. You'll open the paper and see your company in the news almost every day, and read about projects you're working on, which is a cool thing They are brilliant, goofy, low key but intense, and likable. Your pay will typically be competitive, though it needs to be tweaked up a bit since the economy has improved."
"I have worked for Cal Poly's University Housing as a student assistant for a little less than 2 years. My time here has been filled with interesting people. "We are the video department of Cal Poly Pomona. When I first started my job here, I loved it, it was exactly what I was looking for. I learned many new skills that I would have not learned on my own. We do many hours or production, editing, live production, campus events and even sometimes outside projects as well. The work environment is relaxed and everyone is independent on their own schedule and finishing their project on time. We also consult with clients and are massively involved in pre and post production. My supervisor is my mentor and a great boss. He leads and also gives great advice on how to improve and better our skills. I love my current job, however, I cannot stay there longer as I will be graduating and I will need to evolve my skills into a more professional level."
"Cal Poly Pomona has an excellent work environment with helpful staff and faculty."

"This company was a non-profit start up company that was not well organized when I was first hired on. They do great work for the State of California and for sustainability, but they were not well organized."
"This is a great way to give back to the community, by helping children learn to thrive in school. It is a way to give to help unconditionally."
