"I would offer opportunities for advancement for lower level employees. Currently those opportunities aren't available."

"The environment - it was a very friendly atmosphere where all of us worked as one to get solutions."

"Flying back and forward - Since I have to fly from SFO to PWF and most of the time I was taking red-eye."

"None, they are in good drivable condition the way that they placed the meritocracy."

"New management was too corporate and didn't listen to employees."

"Listen to all the people who work below upper management."

"I can't really say because I never had a bad experience at TD."

"Keep doing what you're doing. It was a pleasure having them at my side when I needed them."

"Customers, WOW Culture, decent compensation, room for advancement, job stability."

"Bring the WOW. They're all about a first impression, looking for an outgoing, sales oriented person."

"Too many goals, objectives, initiatives, all may be well and good but impossible to keep up with or achieve all of them. With too many focuses comes loss of focus."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company asks a lot of their employees, especially the managers. In an ideal world it would be doable but the company needs to support them more with staffing, policies, etc, sometimes just running the store is a 50 hr a week job not to mention all the other objectives they want you to do. Things also change very fast, which can be good because it's progressive but focus changes so fast and there are so many that all focus is... lost."

"Helping and teaching people about better products for their banking needs."

"Be seen not heard and you will move up learning everything."

"I don't like the feeling that I seem not to know what to do."

"Overwhelmed with work. Off-shore model is taking over local employment."

"Improve the technology. Keep people opportunity to grow. Be considerate with US citizens while engaging off-shore team."

"I did not get along with my boss. I did not enjoy sales goals."

"I would lead a different approach in sales. I would make the environment less stressful and more fun."

"Not too much opportunity for advancement. Not compensated fairly as other banks."

"The company is overbearing, high expectations and very low pay. Incentive package is bogus. Advancement is not easy for anyone. Too many cooks in the kitchen."
