"Great company with alot of room for growth. I came in from the bottom and rose to the top with hard work and dedication. During the Covid 19 pandemic they treated employees well and have lucrative benefits that you just cant beat. The only down side is the compensation is not where It needs to be for current employees. They have also structured their entire framework to show employees how important mental health is during this day in age."

"Unreal expectations of employees, ie., not allowed breaks. Management is not well informed enough to lead employees. Favoritism of management and less work performed by them."

"Not prioritize workers, fair share of work for everyone. Be around the office as much as possible and actually help. Learn more about specific systems."
