What don't you like about working at TD Bank?

"Too many goals, objectives, initiatives, all may be well and good but impossible to keep up with or achieve all of them. With too many focuses comes loss of focus."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The company asks a lot of their employees, especially the managers. In an ideal world it would be doable but the company needs to support them more with staffing, policies, etc, sometimes just running the store is a 50 hr a week job not to mention all the other objectives they want you to do. Things also change very fast, which can be good because it's progressive but focus changes so fast and there are so many that all focus is... lost."

"Customers, my staff, loans, coaching others, location, customer service."

"Need to be well organized, play the game, stay on managers' good side, don't get behind."

What don't you like about working at TD Bank?

"Micromanagement, daily reports, conference calls, manager is unfair and shows favoritism, unappreciated for the hours I put in."

"Fair, available for assistance, help with larger problems, be more knowledgeable about issues my employees face."

"The training department and loan servicing department were amazing. They really know how to teach and train there employees. There's always an open door policy."

"Make sure you know that it's really 7 days a week. This will become your home away from home."

"The hours made it hard to really enjoy the hard work that you put in."

"Learn how to delegate roles to management staff to keep them all interested in different things."
