"I have work for TD for approximately two years and found they have solid leadership. They are active in progressive ideas such as diversity and inclusion which can help with employee involvement. A few managers lack true leadership experience and it can be burdensome. They allow for movement throughout. In general good company."

"I began working for TD Ameritrade as an Intern in Septemeber 2019 and was offered a full-time role in Investor Services. The internship was great as we got the opportunity to speak with senior leadership on a weekly basis in what was called "Round Tables" as well as weekly "Market Talks" with Traders. We also were given the opportunity to shadow many departments and were exposed to many aspects of the brokerage industry. The overall Internship experience was great."

"TD Ameritrade is a company that provides a micro-managed work environment in disguise as a laid-back work environment. The associates that work there are great people, but the workplace is a very 20th-century style call center. Enter at your own risk."

"Great company to gain experience and learn more about the brokerage industry. They do pay for licensing and allow you to study. I was part of a pilot program that helped out a lot. Not sure how long that program will be available though."
