"I worked at TD Ameritrade for almost 5 years. At that time we had two different CEOs. The company treats its employees fairly and compensation is at or above market value, with a very generous quarterly bonus, annual merit, and profit-sharing payouts."
"TDA is a great company. Homegrown in Omaha Nebraska. Unfortunately, they are being bought out by a competitor. That said I will always be a fan."
"TDA is very good company, very good work environment, benefits, career growth. I recommend this company."

"TD Ameritrade is a fantastic company to work for. Starting from day one they provide their employees with amazing benefits and true work-life balance. Their hands-on training technique is unmatched by any competitor that I have seen. I was very confident in the knowledge I had gained in my short tenure with the company. 10/10 would recommend working here."
"I've worked here for nearly two years now. I started as an intern, which is a wonderful program that exposes you to a lot, and have since been a part of the team I interned with. I love the team and environment."
"I've worked for TDA since 2012. I've found the culture for "business" folks to be an incredible and nurturing environment. The IT side on the other hand is run way too lean to not burn people out. I've had 15 people work for me in the last 2 years - my shift has 4 people. That's standard."
"Good company, terrible compensation. By and large, the workplace environment was great under the previous management but went downhill quickly under the new management."
