"Target is a good company to work for if you are willing to play their game and buy in to their culture. They are not friendly to the Engineering field. The supervision in my building was not above putting inaccurate information on official documentation and was also dishonest with the hourly team on several occasions."

"Management was very short-sighted. They vilified employees, blindly move work to offshore locations, even when they repetitively fail. How something looked was more important what it actually was. They do not develop in house talent, people are constantly removed from applying to new jobs by management due to 'low staffing'."
