"The upper leadership operates by intimidation. The hours - I have worked for 26 hours before in one shift. The true understanding of what it takes to run a store by upper leadership is not there.The lack of support by upper leadership. The thousands of reports that a manager is required to know, fill out and follow is outrageous."

"Walk the talk. Understand what the stores are going thru when not making progress or numbers. Be a support person rather than a hypocrite. Don't make them fear you constantly."
