"Communications allow the employees to know what direction we are going as a company"

"Not a company that micro manages. Lay back management style."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be ready to answer questions that no american company would ask you. Not professional questions at all. And they would lie to you to hire you. Ask for high salarie. They are desperate to hire people."

What don't you like about working at TAO Sustainable Power Solutions?

"Management is totally dysfunctional. The reason for that is that upper management comes from Brazil and have no clue how US working enviroment is, specially HR. Promises and more promises. Company doesn't honor not even what they put in writing. Brazil is very different from the US and the Managers that come from there have a hard time adjusting to the US culture, laws and regulations and US employees. That causes a lot of misunderstanding and lack communications between US based employees and Brazilian Managers.Very little chances of career at any level.Low efficiency and low moral.The company is a joke."

"Have managers that understand american working envoriment. They manage as they are in Brazil."

"Having worked at well-institutionalized large gas turbine OEM, it is funny to see how many mistakes and wrong assumptions management makes. The company is a joke."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask for budget, schedule, schedule progress, standard work, standard operating procedures, quality system, organization chart, organization chart revisions, engineering library, engineering resources. Be prepared to find none of the above. Also ask for their product line and how many production units they successfully have designed, manufactured and sold. Ask where they see USA operations in five years. Ask for a business plan, execution, previous revisions and future implementation. They will fumble."

What don't you like about working at TAO Sustainable Power Solutions?

"This company is a joke. It is managed by incompetent management, which has no clue how to go about design or reverse engineer complex gas turbines. The company lacks engineering standards, procedures, standard work, engineering tools, in fact there is no infrastructure to support a engineering. Management has never worked or been exposed to the typical large gas turbine OEM; nonetheless management thinks and pretends they know. It is more than a joke!!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to be more open minded. Throw away dictatorial customs. This is USA and not the country where they came from."

What do you like about working at TAO Sustainable Power Solutions?

"Nothing! The company is a total failure! The senior management: CEO, CFO and PMO are the worst employees you can find."

"Don't join this company! It is a total joke and failure!"

What don't you like about working at TAO Sustainable Power Solutions?

"The senior management is a joke: the CEO doesn't know anything about Engineering, the CFO doesn't know anything about finances and the PMO is an ex-military that never worked with Engineering or Projects. It's more than a joke!"

"To fire the CEO, CFO and PMO and replace them by knowledgeable people."
