What don't you like about working at TAO Sustainable Power Solutions?

"The senior management is a joke: the CEO doesn't know anything about Engineering, the CFO doesn't know anything about finances and the PMO is an ex-military that never worked with Engineering or Projects. It's more than a joke!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To fire the CEO, CFO and PMO and replace them by knowledgeable people."

"Having worked at well-institutionalized large gas turbine OEM, it is funny to see how many mistakes and wrong assumptions management makes. The company is a joke."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask for budget, schedule, schedule progress, standard work, standard operating procedures, quality system, organization chart, organization chart revisions, engineering library, engineering resources. Be prepared to find none of the above. Also ask for their product line and how many production units they successfully have designed, manufactured and sold. Ask where they see USA operations in five years. Ask for a business plan, execution, previous revisions and future implementation. They will fumble."

What don't you like about working at TAO Sustainable Power Solutions?

"This company is a joke. It is managed by incompetent management, which has no clue how to go about design or reverse engineer complex gas turbines. The company lacks engineering standards, procedures, standard work, engineering tools, in fact there is no infrastructure to support a engineering. Management has never worked or been exposed to the typical large gas turbine OEM; nonetheless management thinks and pretends they know. It is more than a joke!!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to be more open minded. Throw away dictatorial customs. This is USA and not the country where they came from."
