"If you are in the technical field your advancement will be limited at best. If you are in sales or management I guess it can be ok."

What don't you like about working at Tangoe?

"After the merger with Tangoe the place is destined to be runned into the ground. Sales people dont know what they are doing and are selling things we dont support or even cant support. Its just a matter of time before we loose most of our clients"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn what the business is about. Treat People that pull of miracles for you like people not as a resource. Make sure that sales people always have adult supervision with them so they dont over promise . Dont bring in outsourcing people and expect moral to be great when we have to explain what we do to someone that is getting trained to replace us."
