3.5I worked with Tangoe for just under 2 years assisting on the development of new accounts and acquiring new products. This was a great opportunity to learn about the TEM/MDM space and develop a career in a growing organization. The people that work there are all great, although the company does seem to have maximized a lot of their potential and there isn't much room for growth as those who have been there since the beginning seem to be staying.
Learn what the business is about. Treat People that pull of miracles for you like people not as a resource. Make sure that sales people always have adult supervision with them so they dont over promise . Dont bring in outsourcing people and expect moral to be great when we have to explain what we do to someone that is getting trained to replace us.
3.6I've worked for Tangoe 5 years in July. They are the leading technology solutions company for telecom expense management. Throughout the years I've had the honor of working with amazing management. I've watched the culture of the company evolve into a positive work environment with good ethical values. The company has been heavily affected by Covid-19 and therefore is no longer a stable company to work for. Although I've enjoyed working for Tangoe for these past 5 years I think it is time for me to move on.
