"I've worked for Tangoe 5 years in July. They are the leading technology solutions company for telecom expense management. Throughout the years I've had the honor of working with amazing management. I've watched the culture of the company evolve into a positive work environment with good ethical values. The company has been heavily affected by Covid-19 and therefore is no longer a stable company to work for. Although I've enjoyed working for Tangoe for these past 5 years I think it is time for me to move on."

"Very little to complain about. I truly enjoy working here."

"Keep doing what they're doing. Management is doing a good job."

"Pay rate is slow to increase and promotions are rare."

"More promotions and raises or bonuses to harder working employees."

"There is a small competent group if highly technical people that are great to work with"

"If you are in the technical field your advancement will be limited at best. If you are in sales or management I guess it can be ok."

What don't you like about working at Tangoe?

"After the merger with Tangoe the place is destined to be runned into the ground. Sales people dont know what they are doing and are selling things we dont support or even cant support. Its just a matter of time before we loose most of our clients"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Learn what the business is about. Treat People that pull of miracles for you like people not as a resource. Make sure that sales people always have adult supervision with them so they dont over promise . Dont bring in outsourcing people and expect moral to be great when we have to explain what we do to someone that is getting trained to replace us."
