"The atmosphere is very relaxing and co-workers are friendly. My direct supervisor is the CFO and we have a very easy going rapport."

"Be yourself, this is a small company and still has as family owned culture to it."

What don't you like about working at Tampico Beverages?

"There's no room for growth in the position I am in here."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I work with different levels of management at my current position. For the most part, they are great to work with and don't micromanage the situation. My only suggestion would be to get involved from the beginning of the month ensuring all orders are in, and not waiting until the second half of each month to do it."
