"It's impossible to move up in this company unless somebody dies, retires, or gets fired. You'll be given constant bitch-work until the day you quit otherwise. The designers are really just cronies for the lead designer who's competent but lacks vision and a connection to his audience. All the engineers are almost completely straight-edge and would never ever drink mid-week. Terrible for your career, and not a fun place to work unless you're an ultra-nerd."
