"Nothing is good,employees are not appreciated they are worked into the ground then treated like dirt,Secretaries dog sh*ts in office and lunchroom"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You cant suggest anything to these evil pricks they are pure evil, they allow there foreman to abuse and assault employees then turn the other way, give them birthday parties.Payroll keeps retirement funds to make interest on your money deposits aren't made for months"

What do you like about working at Tait Towers?

"I like working so the overtime was important. I'd take whatever they would throw my way because it pays the bills and helped me buy my house down in Florida."

"Don't be afraid to work! If you are young, smart and hard working you'll get to have what you want. Remember that the secret to lift is not having what you want, but wanting what you have. Take advantage of the opportunity and go for the gold while making this awesome stuff."

What don't you like about working at Tait Towers?

"Well I'm single and I could see how some of the people there wanted to work their forty hours and bolt. But most them hated working in genertal and wanted to just hit the bars anyway or go home to their boring lives so why not make some money instead."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Strike the iron while its hot! Build as many of those awesome stages and sets as you can while you can. Tait Towers makes the best in the industry and I would go for it all."

"The job challenges you. Its cutting edge design with the latest technology. If you are a professional with intelligence, experience and possess a good work ethic you will have no problems succeeding here."

"If you dont work safely, productively or intelligently or you make a lot of mistakes, the place isnt for you. If you are a professional and can continue to do the things that made you successful, youll be fine."

"Every once in a while you may have to work extra hours to complete a project. The company is growing rapidly and things are changing as well. You'll have to help the company through its growing pains and learning process"
