"Incomepetance of supervisors, unwillingness of HR to help resolve problems, being looked down upon, belittled, forced to work 60+ hrs/wk, no respect for family, profane and unprofessional environment, no advancement, meager wages."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Open your eyes- huge resource of talented workers and you treat them like dirt."

What do you like about working at Tait Towers?

"I like working so the overtime was important. I'd take whatever they would throw my way because it pays the bills and helped me buy my house down in Florida."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't be afraid to work! If you are young, smart and hard working you'll get to have what you want. Remember that the secret to lift is not having what you want, but wanting what you have. Take advantage of the opportunity and go for the gold while making this awesome stuff."

What don't you like about working at Tait Towers?

"Well I'm single and I could see how some of the people there wanted to work their forty hours and bolt. But most them hated working in genertal and wanted to just hit the bars anyway or go home to their boring lives so why not make some money instead."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Strike the iron while its hot! Build as many of those awesome stages and sets as you can while you can. Tait Towers makes the best in the industry and I would go for it all."

"There was ONLY one thing that I liked and that was the actual work itself, working with and welding aluminum and the work involved in building stages."
