What do you like about working at Taco Bell?

"I love the great interaction I have with all of the business partners. In my role, I get to work closely with people in every function, from marketing, to finance, to operations. I also really love the Taco Bell brand. It has a great following and Yum! Brands is a terrific company to work for. I also really enjoy the recognition culture. We are very good about recognizing team members for their hard work and I think that is important."

"For IT managers, I would recommend focusing more on the IT side of the company, and keep a balance with the marketing, not the other way around."

"The company had several levels to progress through for a career path. They may lose good candidates if qualified for these positions"

"I would suggest more frequent field visits to stay grounded to the business."

"I have only worked for Taco Bell for a short period, but my overall experience has been a positive one. The team works good together as a unit, and we are efficient at getting food out quickly. I would definitely recommend any one that is in the fast food industry to work for Taco Bell. And a side note, the Cheddar Chalupa is bomb.com"
