"I get to learn anything I want that is software related. There is nothing I hate about this job other than pay is not met to what I am worth I feel. I do love the open environment for me to learn. I would love to add Linux here but I am good with Windows."

"Developers break new things every day and troubleshooting for them is anything but boring. Down side would be that your activities are reliant on a developer breaking something and needing help. So when they don't you can run out of stuff to do very fast."

"I do work I love (Excel Maven) and am able to share ideas freely with others. I feel my input is valued."

"Be honest, State what you like to do, and how you feel you can help achieve the goals of the company. Do not pad your resume. They check :)"

What don't you like about working at Walgreens?

"Sometimes the prioritization of specific jobs given to me does not match up with the most efficient way I work. Other times tasks that need to be redone could benefit with more pre-planning."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More emphasis on building team spirit and collaboration within and across team boundaries."

What do you like about working at Memorial Health System?

"The feeling that I make a difference in a person's health care."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't show competency in something other than what you're interviewing for. They will use you and you won't be compensated for it. Beware of management. They're very crafty and have a long history of not being honest with you."

What don't you like about working at Memorial Health System?

"My manager has got to be the WORST manager in the history of management. Just because they read books about computers and software does NOT make them an expert. It makes them someone that knows enough to put their foot in their mouth. You used to be a nurse and through circumstance became management. You are not a good manager! Quit with the drive-bys and drop ins! If you want to talk about something for more than a couple of minutes schedule time. We're busy people and don't have time for your inane ramblings that do nothing productive and stir up problems."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would pay more attention to the employees about how they feel about their bosses. They work for them, I wouldn't. I would promote an environment that gave employees autonomy as well as opportunities for them to become experts in their field."

"When Interviewing with this company, always be honest and clearly inform the staff of your previous experience ."

"I like the work environment and the diversity which brings new ideas to the work place. I like the flexibility in working hours."

"Good place to work, with friendly team environment. You will enjoy working."

"I dislike the limited access to troubleshoot (being a multi-team member)."

"Please keep up the good job you are doing now. Managers showing interest in addressing each individual problem keeps me motivated."
