"Get everything you can when negotiating your starting salary with the company. You will be there for a while."

"The political wranglings necessary to succeed at the company are stressful. You are graded against peers who have nothing to do with your job by people who are unable to discern the value or difficulty of what you do. Morale is low and few seem to care."

"It was a welcome change working with systems analyis as opposed to directly programming in a given environment."

"The turnover rate was exceedingly high so my team of analysts were working on multiple projects for a team of five ideally,"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest to have incentives in place to boost employee morale so staff are more inclined to stay at Dealogic rather than leave after one or two years of working there. I left after three months of working there."
