"I thought it was going to be a great experience working with some of the best professionals in the country. There is always plenty of work to be done."
What don't you like about working at Electronic Data Systems?
"They are far less organized and professional than I had expected. Morale is very low since HP keeps cutting salaries."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop cutting salaries and using overseas labor that does not have the skills or qualifications for the job. In a services company, your labor is your quality and product. Without good labor you have nothing."

"I am happy we did away with the dress code this past year."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is a great place to get your feet wet. I am grateful that they hired me, and that they gave me a fair salary to start. I also learned a lot over the past three years because of my time here. However, Trifecta will not give you the opportunity to get the skills of a Senior Java Programmer; only a mid level programmer. Studying of any kind must be done on your own time."
What don't you like about working at Trifecta Technologies?
"I have some problems with management's job promises that rarely pan out, but in fairness, I don't know much about their decisions, nor their proposals. However, I know that they lie to clients. For example, we have filled desks with old computers to make it look like we have as many employees that we stated to our clients."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get an MBA. haha."

"Cerner was an excellent place for a first job after college. However, I knew that it was not a place I could see myself at long-term."
What do you like about working at Cerner?
"The compensation was very competitive for a new graduate, and it was exciting working in a field that felt like it really was on the brink of changing the way things are done, namely, in the way healthcare is delivered in hospitals and clinics."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be excited about big ideas, they love that kind of stuff there."
What don't you like about working at Cerner?
"The working environment was not always the most comfortable. Many of the employees who had worked there for a long time expressed disdain for upper management and the direction the company was headed, as well as a general lack of confidence in the competence of fellow employees or the speed of change in the organization."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They do an excellent job of thinking big and heading up initiatives to take health care in new directions. However, they need to devote more resources to turning projects around faster, because due to the centralized architecture of the company's offerings, things do not happen very quickly and changes are not easy to make because they must be cleared organization-wide."
