"This is a good company to work for. Small, very fast paced, and a broad range of experiences."

"The variety of technical experience and opportunity for education."

"Know your stuff. Especially networking. If you can't call up the network settings of a machine from command line and do your subnet math, etc... bone-up or go elsewhere."

"Small company meant that the borders between work and home blurred too often, lower than average pay and reluctant to reward extra effort."

"Be prepared to have you labor market value cut way back. They have been in start up mode for 10 years with no signs of breaking out of doing things on the cheap"
