"The travel and workload was intense and I was starting a family. As a small office with a fairly young staff, egos ran high and the competition for recognition was intense."

"The managers gave overall tasks and goals to accomplish, and left me to work out the plans and paths to take to complete them. I was left to make things happen with whatever I deemed best for meeting the requirements."

"good job, I had been laid off from a company in waltham after 22 years, I sent out hundreds of resumes' after 18months siemens was my first and only interview, I took the job"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"caution, ask how intense it is, the office is a sea of cubicals, you are working no stop, and don't see you neighbor beside you for days."
What don't you like about working at Siemens?
"to intense, not relaxed at all, constant personal goal chasing, goal setting meetings every month to let you know how goodn or bad you are doing"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"back off a little, be more relaxed and people will be happier and production will go up"
What do you like about working at SAIC?
"Continuation of contract work from previous employer, Boeing. Loved the mission of the DOD system integration contract."
