"Lack of upward mobility, and tendency to be type cast in a specific IT role."

"There are many interesting jobs. There is a chance to move to another department if you get tired of what you are doing."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest and be ready to work. Mind your own business and be careful when socializing with people you work with. Sometime people say things they should not when drinking! (I do not often drink and NEVER in excess.)"
What don't you like about working at Enterprise Rent-A-Car?
"At one point there was a lot of unrest within IS. I guess there was a social problem but it came back to work. By the way I did not socialize so was not involved but at the time it did cause stress."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"It has been a long time. It was during the massive growth time. What I remember was Enterprise cared about its employees but at one point in a general meet IS was excluded from some of the perks. This is when the unrest and competition happened. I would hope they still truly appreciate their employees and let them know it!"

"If civil service is your forte, than you should adapt easily to this relaxed work environment."

"The civil servant and school district atmosphere is vastly different from my previous corporate experience and exposure."

"The local school districts are experiencing difficult times managing dwindling budgets and resources, and the future seems bleak."
